Our Six Areas of Wellness

Our mission is to help support individuals, businesses, and social justice organizations create a culture of wellness by incorporating comprehensive life improvement plans in the core areas of life.

Physical wellness

The physical dimension of wellness encourages regular physical activity, which provides almost immediate beneficial results both physically and psychologically. The physical benefits of looking and feeling good lead to psychologic benefits of higher self esteem, and more self control. Our sessions examine the basic principles of physical health by teaching effective tools for everyday living. Individuals are introduced to the benefits of exercise via tools that reinforce the importance of mobility, flexibility, core, strength and power, conditioning, and reaction exercise techniques that positively impact physical health and in turn healthy emotional well being; while promoting education around preventative health.

PERSONAL-PROFESSIONAL WELLNESS

Sessions examine the principles of leadership; and how to apply the principles effectively for personal and professional development. Individuals will be introduced to various leadership acumen in Image, Customer Service, Time Management, Business Decorum, etc.; delivered independently from a collection of 1-hour classes designed for immediate use in both the workplace and other lifestyles. Individuals will also be trained in areas that include, but not limited to: interviewing skills, communication sills, and overall professional decorum.

social wellness

Social connections, friendships and relationships with others are one of the most significant influences on health and wellbeing. These sessions reinforce the importance of healthy social awareness. Individuals will be introduced to a variety of activities that allows them to build confidence, enjoy life and engage positively within their communities. Topics include (but not limited to), social and community empowerment; while also helping individuals enjoy other social aspects of life by providing sessions in areas such as makeup tips, shopping on a budget, networking, etiquette 101, and various other social activities.

 

FINANCIAL WELLNESS

Financial problems are a leading cause of stress and anxiety. These sessions examine the principles of basic finance management; and how to apply the principles effectively for personal practice. Individuals will be introduced to various insight in Debt, Wealth, Money Impacts, Insurance, Retirement, and Estate Planning; all delivered independently from a collection of 1-hour sessions designed for immediate use in daily lifestyles.


EMOTIONAL WELLNESS

Depression, anxiety, stress, poor body image, grief, loss, a major change in your life such as becoming a new parent can all affect your mental and emotional health. Our emotional wellness sessions consist of various topics geared toward helping you harness your optimal level of emotional wellbeing. Course samples include: Stress Less: Feel Blessed, Depression: Finding your way out, Happily Single: Alone, not lonely; Anxious No More: Peace Released. Each of these courses will allow you to establish desired goals and provide key implementation strategies to help you complete the necessary components to achieve your desired outcomes.

LIFESTYLE WELLNESS

Research shows that a healthy positive attitude helps build a healthier immune system and boosts overall health. Our Lifestyle sessions focus on healthy living and will cover a broad array of subject matter all designed to help you achieve the best version of yourself for fully abundant living. Sample sessions include addressing mindset blocks, goal-setting for success, healthy eating and cooking, getting restful sleep, and stress reduction and burnout. Lifestyle wellness sessions are designed to help you achieve the best version of yourself for fully abundant living.
